Your Transformation
what the world needs MOsT is your
CREATIVITY AND Intuition
Your transformation awaits even if you were to only journal 30% of the days during this course. I guarantee you, you will have a shift.
Even if you were to do none of the program from the actual Artist's Way and just come to the 12 coaching calls, I guarantee you, your life will change.
This isn't about perfection. This is about saying yes to a vortex of transformation that awaits you.
We are all artists.
Whether your art is your business, athletics, your relationship, communication, or how you see yourself,
you are invited for an epic ride.
Why is this course good for you?
1. Tap into Your Fullest Potential
Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, we are all creative beings. A lot of us just have forgotten to express our creativity in everything we do. Through the Artist's Way, we balance our masculine & feminine energies through the structure of creating as well as the freedom of it. Your whole life begins to change when you live this way.
2. Learn to Spiritually Channel from Your Higher Self
In the program, you are encouraged to journal and "brain-dump" 3 pages every morning. The magic here is that the first 1.5 you journal is you getting your conscious mind out on paper. After that, it's said that the spirit takes over your pen, and your unconscious creates ideas that flow out.
3. Cultivate Self-Love Through Artist's Dates
An incredible part of this program is called "Artist's Dates." Once a week, you are encouraged to take yourself on an "Artist's Date." This is an AMAZING practice for reconnecting to yourself and taking the time to do the things you've wanted to create time for.
4. Join a Supportive, Loving, & Inspiring Community
Most people who have joined The Artist's Way have started the journey at some point but haven't completed it—this is where the community comes into play. You learn so much more when you have the support of a group and coaching to support your growth throughout this 12-week process.
Who is this for?
- You are looking to grow as a person spiritually & creatively
- You are looking to connect deeper with yourself & heal your past
- You are looking to reconnect with your inner child & inner artist.
- You are looking for a supportive community of like-minded people!
- You want to tap into your intuition to improve relationships, heightened self-awareness, greater authenticity and authority, reduced stress, and increased resilience for better health and well-being.

You'll have support in every corner!
You will get the support & accountability
you need to get the results that you're looking to create!

MEET YOUR GUIDE, ELIZABETH...
HOLISTIC COACH, BREATHWORK facilitator, AND FENG SHUI INFORMED INTERIOR DESIGNER
When I started this path, I didn't consider myself an Artist.
Following the guidance in this book helped me reclaim my artistry, create clarity in my life and business, balance structure and flow, and channel new ideas with more confidence in knowing their source. Now, I have found the balance between the masculine and feminine aspects of work and structure and the freedom to create things for fun (a home I love, candles, pottery, oils, etc.).
I believe living life fully is a practice of awareness. We are either engaging in the practice of life daily, or we’re not.
Showing up for myself every morning doing the morning pages has completely changed my relationship to self - honoring my experiences, thoughts, and feelings - with a compassionate lens to take
Welcome to your safe place to engage fully with life!
Let's Talk Modules
A breakdown of our first month together
MODULE 1
Recovering a Sense of Safety
Week one is about confronting and letting go of all the negative thoughts and beliefs that our inner artist has internalized due to external influences that have discouraged, criticized, or put down our creativity or thoughts around creativity. This could be a domineering parent, an over-critical art teacher, or a bully at school.
This is the week that we confront those old “monsters” or “enemies,” and we start the process of replacing that doubt, fear, criticism, humiliation, and sometimes even pain with positive memories and positive affirmations. It’s not an easy process, but it’s an important first step in the healing journey ahead of us.
Personally, I couldn’t have properly processed a lot of those blocks and negative feelings without the practice of morning pages.

MODULE 2
Recovering a Sense of Identity
This week we look at drawing new boundaries and avoiding poisonous playmates and crazymakers. Building a sense of personal identity is all about what's in the frame and what's left out. We are encouraged with self-definition as a major component of recovering our creative selves.
During this week, I was reminded of motivational speaker Jim Rohn’s famous claim that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. The people we surround ourselves with can either help us make progress or make our creative recovery even more challenging.
Warning: ‘Blocked friends may find your creative recovery disturbing.’
MODULE 3
Recovering a Sense of Power
This week, we cover anger, synchronicity, shame, and dealing with criticism. We look at anger and we start to listen to the wisdom of our anger and use rage as a map to translate the message that our emotions are giving us. We contend that anger is a “sign of health” in the blocked artist.
I love the quote, “Anger is our friend. Not a nice friend. Not a gentle friend. But a very, very loyal friend… It will always tell us when we have betrayed ourselves.” It invites us to take action.

MODULE 4
Recovering A Sense of Integrity
This week, we are taking on an exercise called Reading Deprivation, which is exactly what it means—no reading for the entire week. I know it sounds crazy, but the purpose of this exercise is to free our days from all the junk we fill them with and fill those moments with things that replenish our wells instead.
Julia specifically makes it a practice of depriving yourself from reading, but I think it might be helpful for us to take the exercise one step further and pinpoint the one distraction in your life that currently feels like the biggest one - the one that’s “poisoning your well”.
I'm ready to join!
