Where Your Seeds Take Root 🌼

I'm sipping my favorite dandelion tea latte as I write this — feeling my fingers dance between words that feel both weightless and deeply rooted.
Last month, Hallowed Ground—the sanctuary I had the privilege of teaching in—closed its doors in surrender to a new season. The walls that once held our primal exhalations, tears, and openings are now offered to the wind, like dandelion seeds, finding new homes where our healing practices can root.
It's the closest thing I've felt to a layoff since stepping fully into entrepreneurship—a quiet rupture of the heart that you feel and then deeply trust. The healing arts teach us that full acceptance is a faithful way to honor an ending, staying connected to everything and attached to nothing. Again and again, we get to trust divine timing, recognize the medicine in each closing chapter, and unwrap the hidden gifts that only a goodbye can offer.
Breathwork, Feng Shui, and The Artist’s Way all remind us: when we clear our channels, we create space for universal life force energy to move through us—shaping a life we’re fully present for, not one we feel the need to escape. Our "hold on the exhale" is the gift of the next inhale. With so many ways to meet and honor the Divine, every closing door becomes the universe’s nudge toward a new window we haven’t yet seen.
Hallowed Ground held rhythm, ritual, and belonging. Teaching there was never a job—it was devotion to the God I work for, marking time with new playlists and class themes that reflected our collective experience. Every Monday and Wednesday, we entered that sacred room—crystals vibrating, hearts open— to feel less alone and held by that thing with many names, yet remains nameless, only felt.
To all the brave souls who breathed with me there: thank you for your trust, shared visions, grief, joy, unraveling, and becoming. You made that space sacred and holy.
🌼 The Wisdom of the Dandelion
Since Hallowed Ground closed, I’ve seen dandelions everywhere — golden-faced prophets growing wild in lawns and sidewalk cracks, whispering resilience. I feel mirrored by their white, wind-bound seed heads: scattered, soft, and full of invisible potential.
With our 12-week Artist’s Way journey and Hallowed Ground coming to a close simultaneously, I’ve felt like a dandelion myself — making a wish and trusting where the seeds land next.
Did you know a single wish on a dandelion sends between 54 and 172 seeds into the air? Each one viable for up to five years. If it finds fertile soil, it can bloom — and live — for up to 13.
The dandelion is both fierce and soft. Its name, dents-de-lion — lion’s teeth — speaks to its quiet strength. Often dismissed as a weed, it’s long been a symbol of healing, hope, and tenacity. I’m holding my work that same way now — as medicine, as prayer, as possibility. Trusting that my offerings, my seeds, my wishes—will land exactly where they’re needed. The dandelion’s life cycle has become a living meditation for me:
Seed (inhale) → Seedling (exhale) → Bloom (inhale) → Surrender (exhale) → Seed again. Rooted. Blossomed. Transformed. Released.
And already, the wind has carried me to new corners of our community. The first sprouts are emerging. Dandelion seeds are taking root. I’d love for you to meet me where they’ve landed:

💫 Looking Ahead
Next month, we’ll Recover a Sense of Identity
We’ll explore self-definition, boundary-setting, and the courageous release of “poisonous playmates” and “crazymakers.” This work is about reclaiming the sacred frame of your life — and remembering who you are.
When we breathe together, we create. May we wish for truth and fullest expression. With every inhale, we gather gratitude. With every exhale, we send love—in the form of seeds.
With a full heart, under the glow of the full moon and the tenderness of Mother's Day, may you notice your own dandelion story—new sprouts emerging in unexpected corners of your life, right where you're needed most. Let the wind carry you, as spirit does, to fertile, unseen places. Trust your seeds are taking root—and I’d be honored to meet you where they’ve landed.
With trust in where the wind takes us 🌼
